Join this men@pause podcast as I interview Tim Berry, Founder & President of Palo Alto Software.

Although both Tim and I reside in Oregon, we actually met in Kansas City, Missouri at a Duct Tape Marketing Coaching Gathering. Tim and his company developed Business Plan Pro and Marketing Plan Pro, the 70% market share leader in business planning software.

As you will hear in this podcast, Tim is the Warrior Poet of business planning.

Tim discusses with me:
  1. A "pause point" early in his career at prestigious McKinsey Consulting Group that led him to follow his dream of starting his own company
  2. A frank discussion on executive men and work-life balance in the media. Tim also shares the story of a recent USA Today article about his daughter, the CEO of Palo Alto Software, and the responses generated from women leaders and work-life balance.
  3. Tim advises entrepreneurs on the right "start" point of marketing planning.
  4. Tim inspires all of us with his legacy building love of family (37 year marriage and five children), servant-leader to his co-workers, and both teacher (University of Oregon) and student of the entrepreneur life.
