Scott Rivers is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Altimax Executive Search, a recruitment solutions leader within the healthcare industry. Scott specializes in identifying and working with top talent in the sales and marketing arena at all levels of client organizations. Prior to Altimax, Scott's career consisted of more than 10 years in major diagnostics / device companies including Bayer Diagnostics and Johnson & Johnson. Scott's last position was a Director of Marketing for Molecular Oncology testing within a Johnson & Johnson operating company. Originally from Arkansas, Scott attended the University of Arkansas where he obtained his undergraduate and Masters in Business Administration while balancing a schedule of a full time scholarship Athlete with the University of Arkansas Razorback Football Team. Scott was a three year starter as an Offensive Tackle while at Arkansas and was voted Team Captain his senior year. He was also the winner of the Gordon Campbell Senior Spirit Award. After leaving the University of Arkansas, Scott started his Sales career with Bayer Diagnostics, now Siemens Medical Solutions. His career lead him to Memphis, Tennesee, Dallas, Texas and Tarrytown, New York. Scott now resides in New Jersey with his wife Terri and his four girls, Sierra, Emma, Faith and Phoebe.
